Issue:
Although an extremely large company, the C-level awareness of Siemens as one of the world’s top ten IT service providers is well below the competition. As outsourcing large IT services continues to be a boardroom agenda, Siemens needed to have its brand be in the evoke set of consideration.

Creative Solution:
The business objective for Siemens was to familiarize the C-level audience with Siemens’ value proposition and generate highly qualified leads of the top CEO’s, CFO’s, and CIO’s of F200 companies.

Winsper leveraged a combination of Siemens’ world-class client roster, financial clout, above industry average (93%) client retention rate, and its unique business evaluation process as a way to help generate beach head discussions. It was the combination of these assets that elevated Siemens against its competition, whereas others could only perform well in some of the areas.

The agency used a combination of telesales, 1:1 dimensional direct mail, resource content and a microsite to introduce the brand and start the proactive dialogue in the sales process.

The Agency leveraged Siemens’ Value Comparison Analysis, a $20,000 business assessment process, as a way to identify those C-level executives who were willing to go through an extensive process audit. In return, Siemens can explicitly focus on areas of the business where they could help the company save IT processes cost. This was the heart of the business offer for the 1:1 communications. The Agency designed and built a microsite to help the executives understand more about the company, access resources such as white papers, analyst reports, and go through a top-line pre-qualification process.

Results:
Within one week of its launch, Siemens was able to secure 16% of the desired, named C-level targets with appointments.
