Client Advisor

Most places look for account executives. We're looking for something like that only a little different: we're looking for a Client Advisor. A client advisor is more than a classic account person. This position will be responsible for:

The Client Advisor will be responsible for maintaining a thorough understanding of our clients' business and their customers, as well as industry, macro-, and micro- economic trends, and applying that understanding into digestable and actionable insights for the clients. This position ultimately owns the day-to-day client satisfaction and is responsible for delivering high-quality work on time, on budget, and to the clients' expectations.

Day-to-day responsibilities include management of internal and external resources in a thorough and effective manner; knowledge of and adherence to firm processes for completing work and managing others in workflow; maintenance of an overall awareness of the firm and client profitability and work to achieve firm goals through effective management of resources, productivity, and profitability; the ability to take market plans from clients and build them into communications plans with media mix optimization, budget allocation, and campaign management. Additionally, since we are a small firm, the ability to pitch in and help out wherever and whenever the opportunity presents itself is required.

Candidates must have a BA/BS, 5 years' minimum agency experience, and working knowledge of B2B tech. Client-side experience working with a shared services model is preferred.

This position requires strong account management skills, as well as exceptional organizational, communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. Candidates must be proficient with MS Office. Experience/understanding of Adobe Creative Suite, SalesForce, and MS Project is desirable. A sense of humor and easy going attitude is required.

Location is either San Francisco and/or Boston. Travel is required.
