And candidly, we are not successful if our clients aren't. So we have only gotten big enough to provide the breadth and depth of products and services our clients demand while maintaining a focus on what we do best. We have preserved the ability to be nimble, innovative and entrepreneurial while still being able to scale our resources as opportunities present themselves. We have thousands of employees around the country but we are still able to pick up the phone, send an email or visit a home or office.
