Ryan Beck's Syndicate Department manages marketing, distribution and pricing of the Firm's equity offerings. Our objective is to generate demand for issuers' securities through our broad distribution channels, including our Private Client Group (more than 500 Financial Consultants) and Institutional Sales Department (covering more than 1000 active accounts). The department coordinates with sales personnel in arranging institutional meetings and keeps issuers and investors abreast of market conditions and investment opportunities.
